Technical Requirements

On a PC (Windows or MAC), use one of the latest web browsers available. We suggest using Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for optimal results.

We do not recommend viewing the ISCBS Modules on tablets as the videos will be too small.

Purchasing a Module

You can purchase access to modules on Brookes Training through Brookes Publishing at www.brookespublishing.com. You can buy online or call customer service at 1-800-638-3775 or 1-410-337-9580 (outside the U.S. and Canada).

If you are purchasing a module for the first time, your login information and module access will be sent via email within 2 business days. If you are purchasing a subsequent module, your module access will be made available in your account within 2 business days.

Error Logging In

If you already created your account but forget your password, you can reset your password on the login page.

If you previously created your account but accidentally edited your account information to set your status as inactive, you will not be able to log in. Please submit a ticket through the Contact Us form.

If all of your subscriptions have expired, you will have 60 days to renew a subscription or purchase a new subscription before your account is deactivated. If that happens, you will need to submit a ticket through the Contact Us form before you decide to purchase any additional subscriptions.

Expirations

The expiration for a subscription is noted in the End User License Agreement (EULA) for each module. Each modules EULA can be accessed at any time from the About page.

Subscriptions for ISCBS Training for Administration and ISCBS Training for Scoring modules will expire one year from the day the EULA is accepted (not from the day the subscription is purchased).
